Complaint Process

As a federally incorporated professional association representing natural-based health and wellness practitioners, the CNA-ACN is committed to promoting high professional and ethical standards among its members. We take public safety seriously and encourage the resolution of concerns directly with the member whenever possible.

If a matter cannot be resolved directly, a formal complaint may be submitted to the Association for review. Please include the following information so we can assess and respond to your concern:

  • Date(s) and time(s) of the incident
  • Name(s) of the complainant and the member involved
  • Contact information for follow-up
  • A detailed description of the incident
  • Copies of any relevant supporting documents

Complaints may be submitted by email or regular mail to the addresses below. Please allow up to 30 days for review and a written response.
