Complaint Process

As the self-regulatory body for paramedical practitioners across Canada, we take public safety very seriously. We ask that any complaint regarding a member that can’t be resolved directly be formally filed with us either by email or regular mail.

To be reviewed, complaints must include:

  • Date(s) and Time(s) of the Incident
  • Name(s) of the complainant and the involved member
  • Follow-up contact information
  • A complete description of the incident
  • Copies of any relevant documents about the incident

Please allow up to 30 days for us to investigate and respond to your request.
